I'd have thought most would be a bit more respectful of Fred, and the fact that this is his playground. Props for the tolerance exhibited. (I'm also guessing that these differently viewpointed commenters have little to no exposure to Fred's works. I guess some people just have a lot of time on their hands.) Let me know how the Snake Oil Salesman-in-Chief is doing for you when his 'health care plan' forces you to spend more than you do now. Or how you have to wait for specialised treatment.
