Two quibbles.

#3 is an incomplete answer.  Cabinet officers also run the Departments of the Executive Branch, reporting to the President.

#4 has one glitch.  The Vice President ranks above the Cabinet, and the Office of the Vice President is not a Cabinet Department.  

The Vice President is usually a member of the Cabinet, but not every VP has been included.  Unlike the President and Vice President, the Cabinet Secretaries do not hold elected offices required by the Constitution.  The actual make-up of the Cabinet varies, at the discretion of the President.</description>
