Just transfer several dozen males and females to the Antarctic and let them feed on penguins who don't even have enough sense to run away. Be fascinating to see how long it takes to evolve a race of vicious penguins (gang attacking bears?). How will the penguins survive? If they don't how will the killer whales survive? Wouldn't take a government, just one private boat could do the experiment -- not even a law against it!
